Recently I have noticed that I have been eating very unhealthy and I decided to jump back on the train full of healthy food. Today I would like to share my favourite choice for breakfast which I call granola ball.
It is delicious and it is so easy to make. There are also millions of variations but in this one I put 0% fat fruit yogurt without sugar , granola without sugar, sia seeds, almonds and banana. Honestly after I had it I was feeling full for most of the day. If you have good ideas about granola balls please share them below in the comments.
